Local plumbing for Portobello homes
Portobello — Edinburgh's seaside suburb — is full of Victorian and Georgian tenements, terraced houses and flats close to the promenade. With a lot of properties changing hands and being renovated, we regularly deal with older waste pipework, shared stacks and outdated bathroom or kitchen plumbing that needs bringing up to standard. We fit the work around tenement access and leave everything clean and tidy.
- Repairs — leaking taps, running toilets, dripping pipework and general plumbing faults.
- Installations — new bathrooms, kitchens, showers and taps.
- Blocked drains — sinks, baths, toilets and shared or outside drains cleared properly.
- Radiators — installation, repair and thermostatic valve fitting.
